Yes! We are excited to offer an entire weekend of family cobbin’ fun at Camp Harmon. Camp will open at 4:00pm on Friday evening for participants, with dinner served at 6:00pm. Family members are welcome for the weekend, just be sure at least one person from your group is able to offer their undivided attention and efforts during the work day. We will be counting on having a certain number of available hands for building! (Little hands and feet will be perfect for stomping and mixing mud, but there may be parts of the process that little hands and feet may need to be otherwise occupied.)
If you are staying overnight, bring bedding, a pillow, toiletries, towel, pjs, shower shoes, headlamp or flashlight, and cozy clothes to wear by the campfire. Accommodations are in heated cabins with twin beds, with a sink and toilet in each cabin (up to 10 people can be accommodated in each cabin.) Men’s and women’s shower houses are nearby. For participants who stay onsite overnight, all meals will be provided, starting with dinner on Friday evening, through lunch on Sunday.
For those not attending the workshop, you are welcome to explore the camp grounds, visit with the farm animals, bring craft projects, read a book, go for a hike, or simply relax and bask in the beauty of the Redwoods!
