DESCRIPTION:✨ Join Us for a Natural Plaster Workshop in Parkdale\, OR! ✨ \nWe’re excited to announce the first session in our two-part natural plaster workshop series happening October 6th–10th at a beautiful 2\,000 SF hemp-lime home\, the first permitted of its kind in Hood River County. \nThis hands-on workshop will focus on applying the base coats of clay and lime plaster: the essential foundation for achieving durable\, flat\, and beathable walls that set the stage for refined finish coats in spring 2026. Led by internationally recognized plaster specialist James Henderson\, participants will learn mixing\, application\, and leveling techniques while exploring how natural plasters integrate beautifully with hemp-lime construction to create healthy interiors. \n👉 Cost / Compensation:\n• Beginners (limited experience): $600\n• Moderate experience (1–2 years): Free\n• Experienced plasterers (2+ years): Compensated based on skill level\n• Experience level and cost/compensation will be determined after a brief call. \n✨ Bonus: Register for this workshop and get 70% off the second workshop (spring 2026 finish coat session).\nProject designer John Hutton of Next Genesis Design will be on-site to answer questions about hempcrete\, design\, and building systems. \n📌 Spots are limited: reserve yours today!
