9-Day Pizza & Bread Oven Workshop

Learn how to build a natural, wood-fired oven for pizza and bread!

We will start with a foundation of natural rocks from the area, and then build layer by layer of this insulated work of art that will feed family, friends and other workshops after us. You will get an overview of the theory behind oven and natural building and a good amount of hands-on experience, so you are ready to build your own oven after the workshop. Experience sustainable community building and non-violent-communication. Earn a Natural Builder Certification and enjoy the beautiful region of Coimbra on the weekends.
