In this one day workshop you will learn how to mix and apply earth based plasters.

This hands on class is located at Spiritwood Natural Building, in Victor Montana. Attendees will join Katherine and Daniel Ray of Spiritwood Natural Building to learn how to mix and apply earth based plasters onto earthen walls.

Earthen plasters can be used to protect wall systems against the elements while also being aesthetically pleasing. This class will give participants the opportunity to apply thick protective plasters and work with much finer finish plasters to make a beautiful finish!

Participants will also see examples of how cob is used to construct a balecob house and rocket mass heaters.

Food is not provided. Participants should bring a lunch to this workshop.
